FAQ / Shipping T&C’s / Return Policy:
• All orders received during our Black Friday sale will be dispatched from our workshop by or before December 14th 2023
• Our standard lead time of 2 – 4 weeks applies to all orders received during our sale period
• Delivery rates are excluded from sale prices and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Standard delivery rates apply to central areas within Cape Town. Outlying and national delivery addresses will be calculated at checkout.
• No returns, refunds or exchanges apply to all sale items. We do not accept change of mind returns. All sales are final and cannot be altered.
• Limited time offer only. All items are sold at a first come first serve basis and limited stock is available.
• It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure all goods are thoroughly checked with the couriers upon delivery of your order and before any paperwork is signed for in good order. Vanityline will not be responsible for any items damaged by clients and/or delivery companies. We will assist with insurance claims on condition that the correct procedures are followed (refer to our standard T&C’s applied)

• It is the buyers responsibility to ensure goods are thoroughly checked with the couriers upon receiving an order and before delivery paperwork is completed. Vanityline will not be held responsible for goods damaged by clients or third party delivery companies. We will assist with claims if correct procedures are followed.
We offer delivery throughout Cape Town as well as nationwide delivery with an external courier service. Nationwide delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and items ordered.
Please enter the correct shipping address upon checkout – once your order is dispatched, we cannot make alterations to your address
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to track the whereabouts of your order. Please ensure there is someone available to accept delivery at the provided address.
All orders are quality checked and packaged securely before leaving our warehouse premises
Vanityline will not be held responsible for damages caused by clients and/or external courier services, please ensure items are inspected with the couriers on arrival of your package in order to process possible insurance claims
Should your order arrive damaged, please ensure we are notified on the same day of arrival in order to assist with courier claims. Please ensure delivery paperwork has not been signed for in good order as claims cannot be processed once you have signed delivery paperwork
Should you receive a faulty product including notable defects such as faulty bulbs or fittings – please notify us immediately and provide us with images in order to assist
Vanityline reserves the right to ownership of all products. Orders will only be processed and dispatched once funds have reflected in our account.
Refunds or Returns will be processed in the event of receiving a faulty product ie manufacturing defects
We do not accept change of mind returns or refunds, all orders are final
All product designs and dimensions as part of our range are standard and cannot be customised
