- Orders placed on or before 2 December 2025 will be processed + dispatched on or before 12 December 2025.
- Orders placed after 2 December 2025 will begin processing once our workshop reopens mid January 2026.
- Delivery fees are not included in sale pricing.
- Fixed Cape Town delivery rate. National delivery is calculated based on unique address.
- National delivery rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
- No returns, exchanges, refunds, or change-of-mind returns on sale items.
- All sale purchases are final and cannot be altered
- Sale stock is limited.
- Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The customer must inspect all items with the courier before signing for receipt.
- Vanityline is not liable for damage caused by customers or external couriers.
- Insurance claims are subject to our standard procedures and require compliance with our standard T&Cs.
